About the Founder

coutureLynne C. Couture has brought her unique combination of executive experience, leadership facilitation skills and comprehensive executive coaching expertise together to create The Executive Presence Group. The group’s offerings are the result of Lynne’s  25+ years of personal organizational experience in cultivating skills that promote enhanced business performance, delivering leadership development workshops to thousands of individuals and coaching individuals to achieve more than they ever imagined.

Lynne has achieved her goals and earned her executive presence as a senior leader at a Global 500 company, as a business owner, an Executive Director of a non-profit organization and as a president of two consulting-based businesses. She has also taught leadership development at both the college and university level, as well as facilitated leadership workshops to thousands of people in global organizations in North America and Europe.

She knows from first-hand experience the excitement and challenges that business people face. It is these insights that give depth and meaning to her work. Like so many people, Lynne’s greatest strengths have been developed through the lessons learned while working in the trenches. It is these lessons — learned from her mistakes and successes — which she brings to The Executive Presence Group (EPG). Her vision for EPG is to be a resource to help other women achieve their goals to reach senior positions and the C-Suite within organizations. And EPG’s mission is to help reduce your learning curve to reach the C-Suite, to help you make better informed decisions, to avoid career-limiting situations and strengthen your career growth.
